Mighty tykes
Mighty Tykes Soccer at Westmont Yard is a developmental soccer program for children ages 2 to 6 in Westmont, Illinois, designed to build confidence, coordination, and foundational soccer skills in a fun, child-focused environment.
Through creative games and age-appropriate activities, children develop balance, motor skills, social interaction, listening skills, and early soccer fundamentals while staying active and engaged. No previous soccer experience is
required.
Classes are divided into 4 age groups (2 to 3, 3 to 4, 4 to 5, and 5 to 6) and meet weekly on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays on our professional grade indoor turf fields. Each class lasts 40 minutes. Parent participation
is required on the field for ages 2–3, optional for ages 3–4, and parents watch from the sidelines for ages 4–6.
Mighty Tykes operates on a monthly membership of $69 per month with automatic billing, and families can try a free trial class before registering. Each athlete receives a Mighty Tykes shirt at their first class. Athletes enrolled in

The Playroom with an active membership, while siblings receive discounted Playroom admission. Athletes must check in at the front desk prior to entering The Playroom.

Mighty Tykes FAQ
Yes! Families are welcome to try a free trial class before enrolling. This allows your child to experience the program, meet the coaches, and see if Mighty Tykes is the right fit. Trial spots must be reserved in advance and are subject to class availability.
Parents pay $69 per month, billed automatically on a rolling basis. Athletes are enrolled in the same day and time each week for their class. To avoid being charged for the following month, you must give verbal notice at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Make-ups must be scheduled using the provided Google form at least 24 hours in advance before the missed class. Athletes are allowed one make-up per month. Make-ups must be used in a 3 month window.
If you think your child is ready for the next age group please speak to their coach about advancing. You will need to confirm class availability with the front desk.
Yes! As long as there is availability in a class you are welcome to join at any time!
All Mighty Tykes athletes will be given one shirt at their first class. If your athlete grows out of their shirt or needs a new one please let your coach know.
Athletes should wear comfortable clothing, gym shoes or soccer cleats, and bring a water bottle. Soccer balls are optional – you’re welcome to bring your own, but we’ll provide one for use during class if needed.
Your Mighty Tykes membership includes free access to the Westmont Yard Playroom during Playroom hours for any registered athlete. Siblings of Mighty Tykes athletes can play at a discounted rate to The Playroom. For The Playroom hours click here.
There are no Mighty Tykes classes November 29th, December 23rd-December 31st, or March 31st-April 4th.
