Birthday & Group Parties

Due to the rotation of our parties, all Supreme, Extreme, and Dream Parties must utilize 30 minutes in the Play Tower, 60 minutes on the Sports Field/Inflatables, and 30 minutes in the Party Room in this order. Any special requests should be discussed with a party manager prior to booking your party to see if there are certain party slots where we would be able to accommodate you.

Once booking your party, you will receive a confirmation email from the party manager within 2-3 business days.

All final details need to be in to the party manager the Tuesday before your party.

The party room can comfortably seat 30 children. Parties of 25 children or more are required a 2nd coordinator which is an additional $50 charge. Parties larger than 30 children should contact a party manager to discuss options. Adults are free of charge. Seating is not guaranteed for the adults.

The goodie bottles are a blue Westmont Yard water bottle stuffed with a blue Westmont Yard bracelet, candy, and stickers.

With the exception of dessert, outside food is not allowed unless approved by the Birthday Party Manager or General Manager. If you choose to bring in outside food, you will be charged a fee of $100. Please  click here to see all that we offer!

If you have the Supreme or Extreme package, food & drinks are not included. If you wish to add on food & drinks, you may do so by selecting the food options on our Add-ons Menu which can be located here

If you have the Dream or Field Party package, 3 large cheese pizzas and drinks are included for the kids in the party.

Party parents should arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of their party to get their personal belongings situated. There will be a gift basket for presents and jackets. Once guests arrive and get signed in they will be directed to the first play area by Westmont Yard staff. Parents are encouraged to stay with their party and enjoy the day!

Yes! We have water fountains near the activities and recommend guests bring a water bottle.

The party room is only available the last 30 minutes of your party. We cannot start setting up your party until the previous party has ended. Upon arrival please give any decorations to the party manager and they can be sure to set up for you. We recommend decorating lightly as not much time is spent in the party room. 

Your balance is due upon the conclusion of your party. At this time, we ask that you review your invoice for any discrepancies. Your $100 deposit will come off of the total balance.

Gratuity is an automatic 10% of the total invoice. You’re more than welcome to add an additional tip the day of the party. Invoices will also be charge a 3% processing fee of the total amount.
